Who ate all the pies? Not our customers, that's for sure. I'm as fond of a slice as the next girl, but Humble Pie Caterers Edinburgh and Scotland is about much more. We liked the name. It sums up what we do and our unpretentious attitude to making food good.
Now, that's the Pie Query out of the way, so what do we do? There's never a case of too many cooks at Humble Pie, personalised service is what we thrive on. We'll work hard to create a menu that makes you feel hungry just looking at it. Whatever the occasion: party shin-digs or business bigwigs, hair down or knees ups, canapés, hip hip hoorays, 'I do', small doo, big doo, BBQ (barbeque), we'll make sure bellies are full and your wallet isn't empty.
There's no point asking us to do the cooking and then you having to dash about tray of smoked salmon in one hand, toddler in the other. So for larger gatherings, Humble Pie can provide serving staff, crockery and put our creative talents to use outside the kitchen to work with you on a suitable look and feel.
